Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

– Your hoodie must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
– It must be in the same condition you received it, ideally in original packaging
– You’ll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works!)

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@thirteencents.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a flat-rate $9 return shipping label and instructions for sending your hoodie back.

Items sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong color or size, let us know right away at support@thirteencents.com so we can fix it fast.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
– Items marked Final Sale
Gift cards

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or color? No problem. Email us to initiate an exchange. Once we receive your return, you can place a new order for the updated item.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must meet the usual return criteria: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
